Inspired by the essence of the Basque region of Spain and France, the Cypress Fall Harvest Wine Dinner features five courses aimed at the earthy flavors abundant in seasonal cuisine. The feast incorporates locally-sourced apples, mushrooms, figs, dried cherries, seafood, game, and waterfowl. The rich flavors characteristic of Hestia wines are natural pairings for this menu, which includes six of the winery’s selections which are 100% estate-grown and highly decorated.
