The new store in Bellevue, Seattle Coffee Gear’s second retail location, opened on September 14 boasting a huge selection of everything you need to make your own rich cup of coffee, velvety latte, or spiced chai at home.

In addition to all the supplies you could ever want, Seattle Coffee Gear is offering monthly hands-on how-to’s—taking place in the store on most Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm — so you can make the most of your shiny new coffee gear. These complimentary classes continue through January to keep your taste buds happy and warm all winter. Below are our five favorite classes:

  • Fall Seasonal Drink How-To, October 26 and 27
    (pumpkin spice white chocolate mocha, salted caramel latte, savory caramel appletini)
  • Chai Extravaganza,  November 9 and 10
    (apple chai drop, chai-spiced wine, chai-infused muffins)
  • New Year’s Recipes, December 28 and 29
    (italian sodas, sparkling wine recipes, fruit and cheese)
