Ring in the New Year with Celebration Lane in Downtown Bellevue! This is a nightly event starting at 7 p.m. (December 26-December 31) and is located along the sidewalks at The Bellevue Collection. Celebration Lane is a free themed musical show with Americana-inspired costumes and songs, glittering lights, dancing drummers and festive bubbles falling from the sky! Bring your family and friends and grab a spot on the sidewalk to experience this fantastic celebration honoring the New Year!

Magic Season Ice Arena

Start off New Year’s Eve by heading down to the Magic Season Ice Arena, Bellevue’s open air ice-skating rink! Located in Bellevue Downtown Park, this ice arena offers all-weather skating, food and beverage concessions, and holiday music that will leave you full of holiday cheer! Admission is $12, which includes skate rentals for all ages, or you can bring your own skates. Magic Season Ice Arena opens 10 a.m. on New Year’s Eve and closes at 11p.m. and no reservations are required!

Live Music, Dinner & Drinks at Bake’s Place

bakes placeAfter getting started at Celebration Lane or the Magic Season Ice Arena, continue the New Year’s Eve festivities over at Bake’s Place for a New Year Celebration complete with a special dinner menu and live music by Nearly Dan. Make your reservation for dinner and a show starting either at 5p.m. or 9:30p.m. while space lasts! The event price per person includes tickets for the show, party favors, Champagne Toast, a $60 food and beverage credit, and a special New Year’s Eve menu.

Explore Bellevue with MetroDemic on New Year’s Day

metroThe fun isn’t over on New Year’s Day. Grab your family and friends, create teams of 2-4 people and play MetroDemic in Downtown Bellevue this January 1st! Pull up MetroDemic’s mobile-friendly site on your phones, and then you’ll have 90 minutes to save as many people as possibly from a deadly epidemic armed with only your wits and your cell phones. You and your team will travel to different “outbreak” locations around downtown and be presented with scavenger hunt questions, pub-style trivia, and brain puzzles to earn points. Don’t forget to pause the game up to two times during your 90 minutes for some additional sightseeing or a stop for lunch and a toast to the New Year.
